Program
Hi-Speed Track Club offers general fitness training, and the development of specific skills and techniques related to Cross Country, and Track and Field events. Athletes are individually assessed and follow a guided, personalized training program in order to prepare them for their desired level of competition. Athletes' performance in any sport that requires running is expected to improve.
Development of skills and techniques specific to Soccer is also available.
